Western Diamondback Rattlesnake Found During Tucson School Fence Inspection

While conducting a pre-install inspection for a large rattlesnake fencing project at a school in Tucson, Addie spotted a Western Diamondback Rattlesnake sitting in ambush along the fence line. It was a great reminder that even before a project begins, snakes are already using these spaces as part of their natural habitat. The snake was safely secured and relocated within its estimated home range to more suitable habitat away from the school, where it could continue its role in the desert ecosystem with fewer opportunities for human interaction.
